Reflections is a National PTA arts program that asks children to get creative and share their talents! The Reflections program invites students to explore their own thoughts, use their imagination, practice critical thinking, learn about various art forms and develop a love for learning that we hope will help them be more successful in school and in life. Students create works of art in any of six different arts categories, reflecting upon a different theme each year. The six arts categories are: Dance, Film, Literature, Music, Photography and Visual Arts.
The Arlington Heights Council of PTAs Reflections Committee recognizes student participation from Pre-K thru 8th Grade and serves as a resource to local PTAs and local Reflections Reps. Reflections is offered through the Illinois PTA, to find out more visit https://illinoispta.org/reflections/
